That's a personal preference because I feel like I eat a lot of carbs early on a day so that's a lot of digestive demand and I don't really want to sit there feeling fallen you know I feel a lot more kind of mentally alert if I just have a protein hair and a bit of fruit in the morning you will have seen that it over these days of Ian regardless of that protein distribution will typically stay up even doses four to six hours apart over the course of the four meals
