the learning stages myself but since I started this I have felt the most dramatic difference in my body than anything else that I've done in the past the first week I lost I think I was down five pounds I'll show you guys my weight chart here I don't really pay too much attention to weight or like my number on the scale I really just did it to kind of track progress I don't really have like a goal weight in mind or
